How it will work

From Leadvixo search
to Salesforce record — in one click.

Choose Lead or Contact, push, and the record appears in Salesforce with every field correctly populated — linked to the right Account.

1

Find & reveal your contact

Search 200M+ professionals in Leadvixo by job title, seniority, industry, company size, and tech stack. Click reveal — email SMTP-validated before the credit is spent.

✓ SMTP verified before push
2

Choose Lead or Contact

Leadvixo lets you choose which Salesforce object to create — Lead, Contact, or both. Most teams push prospects as Leads; existing customers can go straight to Contacts linked to Accounts.

Fields land in the right place

First name, last name, email, phone, company, title, LinkedIn URL, and location are mapped to the correct Salesforce fields automatically. No manual field matching after each export.

Account linking & deduplication

If a Contact's company already exists as a Salesforce Account, the record is linked automatically. Duplicates are detected by email before push — existing records are updated, not duplicated.

🔗 Auto-link to Account
What's included in the integration
Push as Lead, Contact, or both — your choice per session
Auto-link Contacts to existing Accounts by company name
Create Account records automatically when missing
Email-based deduplication — updates existing records, no duplicates
Automatic field mapping — no per-import column matching
Shared team mapping — configured once, applies for every rep
Works with all Salesforce editions — Essentials to Unlimited
Push status visible in Leadvixo — no need to check Salesforce to confirm
Coming soon: Custom field mapping for Salesforce custom objects and custom fields — allowing teams with complex data models to map Leadvixo fields to their specific Salesforce schema.
Salesforce objects

Lead or Contact?
You choose — we handle both.

Salesforce separates unqualified prospects (Leads) from contacts attached to Accounts (Contacts). Leadvixo lets you push to either object depending on your workflow.

🧲

Push as Lead

The typical outbound workflow. New prospects — people you've found via prospecting but haven't yet qualified — go in as Salesforce Leads. They stay in Lead status until your SDR qualifies and converts them to Contacts + Opportunities.

✓ Recommended for outbound SDRs
🤝

Push as Contact

For teams that skip the Lead stage — or when pushing contacts you've already qualified externally. The Contact is created and linked to an Account automatically. Best for agencies adding client contacts or AEs working existing accounts.

Alternative — account-based teams
Flexible by session: you don't have to commit to one object globally. The integration lets you choose Lead or Contact (or both) at the point of push — so your SDRs can push Leads while your AEs push Contacts, using the same Leadvixo account.
Field mapping

Every field. Correct object.
Zero manual mapping.

Salesforce has strict field naming conventions. The integration maps Leadvixo data to the right API field names automatically — for both Lead and Contact objects.

Integration features

Built for how sales teams
actually use Salesforce.

🔄

Smart deduplication

Before pushing, Leadvixo queries Salesforce by email. Existing Leads or Contacts are updated with any new data — not duplicated. Your Salesforce data model stays consistent without manual cleanup.

🏢

Auto Account linking

When pushing as a Contact, the integration looks for an existing Account by company name and links the Contact automatically. If no Account exists, one is created and linked in the same push.

Bulk push from lists

Select an entire Leadvixo list and push all contacts to Salesforce in one action. Perfect for pre-campaign Lead loading — populate your Salesforce Lead queue in under 60 seconds.

👥

Shared team field mapping

Field mapping is configured once by a Salesforce admin and applies to every rep's pushes. No inconsistencies between how different reps import data. One schema, consistently applied.

Push status & audit trail

See which contacts pushed as Leads, which as Contacts, which were updated vs created, and which had errors — all from within Leadvixo. No need to log into Salesforce to verify.

🔌

All Salesforce editions

Works with Salesforce Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited. OAuth-based connection — no API key management, no IP whitelisting required on your Salesforce side.

Before & after

FAQ

Questions about the
Leadvixo × Salesforce integration.

The Salesforce integration is currently in development alongside HubSpot and Lemlist. We don't have an exact launch date yet, but it's one of our three priority native connectors. Leave your email in the form below and we'll notify you the day it goes live — one email, no newsletters.
Yes. CSV export works right now. Export your Leadvixo contacts as a clean CSV and import using Salesforce's Data Import Wizard or Data Loader. The CSV column names follow Salesforce Lead field naming conventions (FirstName, LastName, Email, Phone, Company, Title) to reduce mapping friction. It's more manual than the native integration, but fully functional in the meantime. Alternatively, Leadvixo's Zapier integration is live and can be configured to create Salesforce Leads or Contacts when contacts are revealed.
The initial integration supports Salesforce's standard Lead and Contact objects. Custom object support — pushing to custom Salesforce objects with custom field mapping — is planned as a follow-up feature after the base integration launches. If your Salesforce org uses a non-standard data model, Zapier is currently the best workaround for routing Leadvixo data into custom objects via webhooks or custom field mapping in Zapier's interface.
No. Before pushing any record, the integration queries Salesforce for existing Leads or Contacts with the same email address. If a match is found, the existing record is updated — new phone numbers, LinkedIn URL, or title are added without creating a duplicate. This works in addition to (not instead of) any Salesforce duplicate rules you've already configured. The integration is designed to leave your CRM cleaner, not messier.
The integration will work with Salesforce Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions. Connection is via OAuth — no API key generation or IP whitelisting required. Note that Salesforce Essentials has API access limitations on some operations; if you're on Essentials and encounter issues, the Zapier integration is a reliable alternative. Professional and above have full API access and are fully supported.
Yes. Leadvixo's Zapier integration is live today. You can build a Zap that creates a Salesforce Lead or Contact every time a contact is revealed in Leadvixo. The Zapier setup requires manual field mapping in the Zap configuration, and Salesforce's Zapier connector handles the deduplication logic on its end. It's a few more steps to configure than the native integration, but it covers the core workflow now. Available on all Leadvixo plans.
